Why is my Serial Number or Password invalid?

1. SERIAL NUMBER INVALID - When you Logged In for the first time using a serial number you were asked to create your password... Once you create a password the serial number you received becomes invalid. Always use your PASSWORD to enter the website.
   
   
2. PASSWORD INVALID - Your trial period has expired... If you wish to subscribe and view your swings please contact us providing detailed information when you had your video taken and the Swing Mate team will activate your account.

I entered my Password and I can see a page but the swings are not visible why?

1. Swing Mate uses Macromedia Flash Software to deliver your swing videos... Flash is the most common internet video streaming program on the internet. If you don't have Flash Swing Mate will automatically ask you to download the software, it is completely safe for your computer.
   
   
2. If you are at work some IT departments block video streaming for various reasons and if this is the case use another computer, preferably at home.
